Ask to Join Spider Webs

Sneaking carefully through the shrubbery, his broken black and white pelt hidden among the bushes, Spidertongue pounced on top of the sparrow, a couple of feathers scattering on the ground. Orange eyes glowing, he grasped the sparrow in his jaws, his expression remaining blank.

Walking through the many paths and bushes, he left a path of his long fur behind, the strands picked up by the wind. Reaching his destination, Spidertongue left the sparrow by a tall oak tree, hidden beneath and behind the bushes with the rest of the prey he had caught. 

Plunging back into the forest, he began stalking a squirrel, quickly following after it into the trees. However, he ran into a spider web, losing track of the squirrel because the web blocked his vision for a moment.

Sitting down while still in the tree, he was thankful that he hadn't fallen down, unsure if he would've been able to walk away unscathed. Resting for a bit while he began grooming to get the sticky web out of his long fur, he began to wonder if he should put more effort into interacting with other cats.

Lounging on a tree branch to think for a while, his mind slowly drifted, and soon, his eyelids began to grow heavy, his vision blacking out as sleep began to take over.
