Short Description :
Long Description :

Beewhisker is a large long furred feline that has a base coat of an almost night black with bright ginger patches, they have large ears, one with a small triangular nick in the side of them. Their large paws are often heavy hitters in battle and their large pudgy body being a result of their comfort eating, which tends to make them look rather plump. Beewhisker also has white on their chest, muzzle, tail tip, paws and the inner fur on their ears, which often makes them stand out the white contrasting against their mostly dark fur and their wide, pale blue eyes.

Personality

Beewhisker is a laid back, fun loving feline who always likes to have their voice in decisions on the choices made in the clan, helping out the clan leader, deputy or medicine cat whenever they find the chance. Aside from that, the large tortoiseshell is rather easily distracted and that fact is more often then not, no help with their normally excellent hunting skills. They will go out of their way to make others happy however and is often depicted as being a quite bubbly cat and their smile as bright as bright as the full moon so to speak. More often than not, eating is a comfort for this plump cat, they are often seen eating a thrush or rabbit when patrols return to camp. Though they know the warrior code well and will tend to hand the cats in need prey before eating if they hunt while out on patrol.

Full History :

Kithood:

Beekit was born in WindClan, raised with the ideals that they would be leader one day in place of their mother, who of which wished to be leader, but was denied due to her crass and horrid behavior towards her clanmates. Beekit’s mother seemed to always regale Beekit with stories of great leaders, instilling the promise of Beekit joining those great leaders one day. Though Beekit never showed an interest in being a leader, they simply wished to enjoy their kithood while it lasted. But unfortunately, their mother had something else planned for them.

Apprenticeship:

The encouragement of their mother for Beepaw to become leader was pressured by her mother’s brother, who Beepaw was given as their mentor. Beepaw simply being seen in their mother’s eyes as a pawn in her game of power and the young cat was not even aware of the priorities of their mother, simply glad that they shared a relationship with her. Beepaw was quite the skilled apprentice however and built their skills up well with their mentor, often impressing him with their skillful pounces and their evasive maneuvers in battle training.

Though, when Beepaw was soon to be a warrior, they met a warrior at the border, marking territory that was not their own. This resulted in a small skirmish that lead Beepaw to have a triangular nick in one of their ears from the claws of the warrior, but both cats left with their pride in tact. When Beepaw had returned to camp, they were greeted by their mentor and the clan’s leader, ready to give them their warrior name after they told the tale of them defending the territory from a trespasser. A meeting was held and Beepaw soon became Beewhisker, for their spirit and devotion.

Warriorhood:

Their warrior name was something Beewhisker held with pride, often parading around for the first few moons of their warriorhood. Their mother had gradually instilled more ‘leader qualities’ into her dear child, trying to pressure the leader into giving Beewhisker an apprentice despite how early their were into their warriorhood. The leader reasonably refused this which angered Beewhisker’s mother, who was already in early retirement at this time, causing her to seclude herself in the elders den for almost a full moon.

Unfortunately, while their mother was sulking in the elder’s den, a WindClan patrol guided the Beewhisker’s Uncle and former mentor into the camp, helping him into the camp as he couldn’t seem to walk properly on his own, his lop sided strides caused by his front leg being twisted and the bones being shattered beyond repair. After he had been treated, Beewhisker stayed by his side in the medicine den while his wound healed, there he told Beewhisker that he lost his leg to falling rocks, but he had told Tawnyflight that he had lost the leg in an incident of battle to not seem weak to her. Beewhisker understood, and was rather honored to be a trusted cat to listen to his woes.

As the moons passed, Beewhisker was 19 moons, on a solo hunting patrol when they felt the rancid smell of blood fill their nose and two cats laying limp and bleeding at the border of one side of the WindClan territory. With a loud yowl of terror, they had noticed the missing leg and the dappled brown and cinnamon pelt that identified their mother and their uncle their bodies showed the wounds of fox teeth and claws as the scent was potent in the air, for a moon they grieved the loss of the two cats but now follows their own journey, wanting to make their uncle and mother proud from wherever they reside now.

  1. Going to soft decline for a suggestion in your history:
You say that both their mother and uncle lost their life to a fox. While the use of a dangerous predator can’t be taken lightly in the forest, I may suggest that they lose them 3 months ago before this event where Bravesong and Mistyleaf found a dead dog fox on thunderclan territory. It could have been in WC territory before that. https://chosenofstarclan.com/community/rivers-edge-tc-territory/reynards-fall-26rp20/#post-53347

  2. Welcome to the site! First time character making usually has a few rounds of edits, so don’t get discouraged!

    Appearance:
“comfort eating, which occasionally causes their clanmate’s frustration.” – Use of powerplay. Please refrain from directly interpreting how others would react to your character.

    Personality:
“smile being able to light up the camp so to speak” – See above.
“More often than no, eating is a comfort for this plump cat, they are often seen eating a thrush or rabbit when the warriors and apprentices wake up from their slumbers.” – You probably mean ‘more often than not’, small spelling mistake. Otherwise, comfort eating is fine, but in regards to the warrior code, you just wanna make sure this doesn’t get them into trouble. If they are eating before others who need it more or eating gluttonously, it’d be seen as breaking the warrior code.

    History:
“The leader reasonably refused this which angered Beewhisker’s mother, causing her to seclude herself in the elders den for almost a full moon.” – Just need some clarification. Was their mother already an elder at this time?
“Unfortunately, while their mother was sulking in the elder’s den, Beewhisker’s uncle, their former mentor, limped into the camp, his lop sided strides caused by a missing hind leg. After he had been treated, Beewhisker stayed by his side in the medicine den while his wound healed, there he told Beewhisker that he lost his leg to a fallen boulder, but he had told the clan that he had lost the leg in battle to not seem weak. Beewhisker understood, and was rather honored to be a trusted cat to listen to his woes.” – Limping back to camp missing a whole leg with all that blood loss for a cat patroling/hunting alone after being trapped by rocks falling on them would be a near impossible feat. The rock would have had to cut through the whole leg cleanly in one go, or they’d have to chew themselves free if trapped underneath. More than likely, a fallen rock would crush the bones of the leg, not necessarily amputate.
“As the moons passed, Beewhisker was 20 moons, on a solo hunting patrol when they felt the rancid smell of blood fill their nose and two cats laying limp and bleeding at the border of one side of the WindClan territory. ” – This event would have happened two moons ago. Currently our plot revolves around mysterious deaths involving seizing and excess saliva. Could you explain in more detail what killed them? There are no current mentions of large predators or clan border fighting that would cause this. You could chalk it up to a rogue attack, but either way some more detail here would be appreciated!

That’s more or less it. Thank you!
