Open to Join Sweeping Shadows

Wolfpaw stopped in his tracks when a warrior came out to greet him, he turned his orange gaze to meet with the cat, Sunpool, he didn't know her well, but knew she was kin to Dawnflurry, though that was about it really. The dark-furred tom flicked his tail in greeting before giving a gentle nod in response to her question. His eyes took a quick glance down at the moss clump in his jaws then back out to the camp entrance. As if to say that he'd just be taking the moss out to dispose of it. He would be back in a timely fashion.

His scruffy, messy furred tail disappeared briefly through the tunnel, then not long after, his pair of orange eyes emerged through the tunnel to meet Sunpool's with something that help nothing on the surface, but something friendly beneath as if he wished to sit and hear her talk about her day.

Wolfpaw sat his rump down in the clearing and invited Sunpool to join with a twitching of his tail, encouraging her to fill his silence with the sharing of tongues. If she so wished for it.

"Noooo that's not fairrrr!"

Swamppaw had just gotten back to camp from a day of training, the feline seeming much more open-minded and respectful compared to when she had been in the nursery, the apprentice an eager student who couldn’t wait to become a respected warrior. 

Seeing Wolfpaw, Swamppaw weighed her options. On one paw, the feline wasn’t keen on possibly getting dragged into boring chores, but on the other paw, the medicine cat den was BORING. They didn’t want to hang out there even if Muddypaw was there.

But they still wanted to hand out with their littermates. So after some thought, the feline bounded over to Wolfpaw. “Wolfpaw! Wolfpaw! Do you wanna hear about how my training went today?” Swamppaw hadn’t even noticed poor Sunpool, having tunnel-visioned their way to their sibling.

Wolfpaw's ears pricked as instead of Sunpool breaking the silence, it was Swamppaw. He turned his bright eyes towards his littermate as she enthusiatically greeted him, this was a little new, but not unheard of, perhaps Quailfeather was making a bit on an improvement in her mood recently. He's probably a good mentor, Heronsong is a good mentor too. At least, from what Wolfpaw knew about mentors. 

"Sunpool is here too." Wolfpaw spoke simply and without theatrics or dramatics. Wishing only to make the observation clear to his sister that Sunpool should be included as well, but if she wasn't that was fine too. He would be interested to see what Swamppaw has been learning from Quailfeather.

So at her offer to share her training session of the day, the smokey furred tom nodded his head, curling his tail over his paws and looking over to his sister thoughtfully, casting small glances over at Sunpool every so often to see if she was okay with the two apprentices chatting and to let her know she was welcome to join as well.
