Open to Join Beneath Bonding Skies

Sitting calmly at the edge of camp, quietly tapping his tail on the ground, Polaris looked up at the night sky. If only time could simply stay like this forever… He loved the night. Which was probably another reason he was still awake. Polaris preferred staying awake at night and sleeping by day, after all. Although… since that might be a problem because of his new status as a cat living in a group of other cats… Oh well. He’d enjoy his personal time for now. Best to dwell only on the present.

Blinking slowly, he yawned and stretched, hearing the calming flap of a bird’s wings nearby. Perfect. A nice, calming addition to the company the night was already giving him. Frosty eyes glowing with a lazy expression of calm, Polaris curled his paws beneath him, sighing contentedly. “Wonderful… and the cold season will be much more amazing…” He muttered calmly, looking forward to the falling of snow. Although it may be hard to secure prey… No matter. He normally caught enough for two cats when he’d been on his own anyways…
