Monty had grown accustomed to his lonely long walks along the treeline separating the Madam's farm house and the WindClan moors. It was a pleasurably amble between the oak and pine, taking his time to enjoy the warming weather and the clear skies. But he knew that there was another, half hidden hope of trailing the border lands.
He felt it too long since his pleasantries with Basilflame. He had much to ask her. So far there the Madam's home had not been doomed by death by that rogue that was mentioned...He hadn't seen hide nor hair of her, but that didn't mean he didn't worry for his new friend.
