Fawnbriar let the wind blow through her fur and was pleased. It was another nice day for a ceremony for her clan, especially after Rowanglade and Piperpaw had returned from the medicine cat meeting last night. The medicine cat had given the quasi-leader some good news in regards to her apprentice and Fawnbriar was pleased to hear it since it mean she could promote both the littermates to their respective ranks together.
The dawn patrol and hunting parties hadn't left just yet and the camp guards were getting ready to trade off so it was the perfect time to call the clan together and start the day off on a good note!
Trotting up the Talking Cliff, Fawnbriar lifted her head and yowled for the clan to hear. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Talking Cliff for a Clan meeting!"

Cloudflare had been waiting for this moment for a while now. His half brother and apprentice was due for his warrior ceremony - and maybe Piperpaw wouldn't be left out either. He could only hope. Cloudflare sat beneath the Talking Cliff nearby, eyes bright with pride.

Brightpaw gathered with the other cats at the base of the cliff. Nerves gripped his stomach with claws as he looked up at the de-facto leader of Windclan. He knew he was about to be named a warrior, and it was all he could do to keep his freshly-groomed pelt from twitching erratically. Through his nervousness, he glanced at his mentor, his half-brother, and then to his sister.

Piperpaw sat off to the side from her brother, in the shade of the medicine cat den. So, Fawnbriar was going to name them. Which was understandable... but she didn't have her nine lives. Rowanglade had instructed her not to tell anyone about it - not at the gathering or otherwise. But she knew it to be true after her argument she had with their ancestors. Especially that Laughingfox fellow. Whoever he was.
Piperpaw has thought about it for a while with regards to how exactly she felt about it. This was just an adult name for her - and Fawn had visited Starclan. So she was qualified to name her. But Brightpaw was different. This was his only coronation.She didn't want him to be 'not a warrior' just because their Leader wasn't really a Leader.
She would have to question Starclan again to make sure Brightpaw's ceremony was recognized when she went to be deemed a Medicine Cat.
After a moment, she stood and joined her littermate, purring as she brushed against him. "Ready?"
