Resting with a hare placed under her large paws, Sunbear lay peacefully in the center of the camp clearing, because what else was she going to do? Visit a pair of balls of fur in the nursery? StarClan will see the day she would visit the newborns before they know how to clamp their jaws shut when needed. Sunbear leaned down and took a bite from the hare, chewing on the meat contently.
Her scarred muzzle scrunched up as a leaf tickled the base of her tail. She let out a loud huff before twisting to grab the leaf and pull it away from her long, red, pointed fur before returning to her meal, savoring the hare's innards.
Despite not exactly enjoying the pathetic mewls of the newest litter, Sunbear had grown to get used to the mewls of desperate, hungry scraps of fur. The large red she-cat glanced around the camp for a moment, keeping the meaty hare that she had claimed under her large paws, guarding it protectivly while she ate every here and there. Not the most exciting day, but who knows what could happen

The taste of the hare was rather satisfying to the large red she-cat, licking the blood from her whiskers, she turned her head to the sound of her name and flicked one of her ears instinctively. "I don't prefer any prey, its pretty muscly. But hare is satisfying my hunger" She replied, taking another bite of the prey in front of her. "But I would prefer not to be watched while I'm eating" she added, her tone was serious but there was a hint of amusement in her otherwise dull, blank eyes.
The WindClan elder's ears then flicked at a squeal from the nursery, but took very little note of it and took another bite out of the hare. WindClan then notice Bayflower glance over at her having a meal. Must all of the cats in the clan stare so often? It was as if they didn't have their own things to worry about. But as much as she liked the silence, in this particular instance she was rather bored, maybe some conversation could do her some good.
"Morning Bayflower, how's the kits toy?" Sunbear's whiskered twitched in amusement but when her amused tone didn't exactly land as Bayflower tucked himself into the warrior's den and returned without the leaf. "Poking fun" She added before cleaning her paw pads, the scent of the hare still rife on them. "Come over the both of you, I won't bite if you don't" She encouraged, giving her darkened tail a flick.
