I've dusted off the old map file and we're working out Whitehart! What this means is that players who play domestic or Semi-feral cats who live on lots in Whitehart can request that the map be decorated in the way they desire.

To qualify for a lot claim you have to have an approved Domestic, Semi-feral, or Feral character. To claim a lot you simply have to go to the Map and find a lot, then visit the Whitehart Homes page to make sure it's available. If the lot is available you simply edit your character sheet to set the new Home Location field to that lot's address. If the lot is occupied already you can either check with the player of that character for permission to join them there, or pick another lot.

Once the lot is claimed fill out the following form in a separate reply for each lot needed.

CHARACTER:
ADDRESS:
LOT DETAILS:

Be as detailed as you can when you describe what you would like on the lot, or changes you would like made to a lot.

CHARACTER: Ceridwen, Morgan

ADDRESS: 304 South Third Ave

LOT DETAILS: It’s a Tudor-style house at 304 South Third Avenue and it faces East Olivia Lane. It’s a two-story house with an attic and a basement. The lot has a stone fence all the way around and it has a front gate. The wall changes into a taller wooden fence in a section that encloses a garden and the catio. The catio has a clear angled roof and its design was inspired by walk-in chicken coops and greenhouses. Towards the house, the catio floor is flagstone, but past that it has grass. The catio takes up much of the backyard and there's a large tree past it and garden.

From a top-down perspective, the tree is in the upper left corner of the lot and the catio/garden are almost the same length as the house (they're slightly shorter on the house's left side). The right side wall of the catio extends from the house's wall. The left wall of the catio is unobstructed and the backyard garden gate is next to the catio's outer door. There's another garden gate on the right side of the house where the house and catio meet.

For catio access from the house, there’s a human door and a lockable catflap. For humans, it also has a two door outer entrance. One door leads to the rest of the yard and one leads to the catio. The space between doors is large enough to bring and maneuver a cat trap carrier in.

I built a version of the house in The Sims 4, so I'll attach the top down layout views here and I can put more screenshots into Morgan's and Ceridwen's sheet notes. Ignore the random pet stuff inside the catio. Just the tree and the garden are enough for the map version.

PCs:
Hollyclaw, Warrior of ShadowClan
Dawnflurry, Deputy of ShadowClan
Mistyleaf, Warrior of ThunderClan
Thornstrike, Warrior of RiverClan
Shadesleek, Warrior of WindClan
Morgan, Royal Scion of Camelot
Duke, Rogue

NPCs:
Hawkfeather, Elder of ShadowClan
Nettlesky, Warrior of RiverClan
Ceridwen, Princess of Camelot

CHARACTER: Whitehart cats, Morgan
ADDRESS: 303 First Ave
LOT DETAILS:
Whitehart Cemetery (or whatever name we want it to have)

It's the graveyard is on 303 First Avenue, behind the church. There's a tall iron fence around the lot, but the gates generally stay open (the east gate is the most likely to be locked if any were to be). Its original entrance faces First Avenue, but there are symmetrical entrances on all four sides of the graveyard. Stone pathways connect them and forming a cross shape with a diamond in the center. There're benches and trash cans along the paths.

The graveyard is divided into four sections. The two top sections directly behind the church have neat rows of gravestones facing east, the lower left has the caretaker shed, rest hut (and the makeshift cat shelters if/when they're put out) area, and a big hawthorn tree. The lower right has the columbarium, a crypt, and a covered area for other outside memorials (including memorial path bricks and stones for pets and humans that can have hand/paw prints).

Here's a Sims mockup of it from a top down view. The inner walls/gates could be removed and the grave placements, center feature, building sizes, etc can be changed. The path layout and the features of each section are what matter.

PCs:
Hollyclaw, Warrior of ShadowClan
Dawnflurry, Deputy of ShadowClan
Mistyleaf, Warrior of ThunderClan
Thornstrike, Warrior of RiverClan
Shadesleek, Warrior of WindClan
Morgan, Royal Scion of Camelot
Duke, Rogue

CHARACTER: Whitehart cats, Morgan (they practically live there)
ADDRESS: 302 S Second Ave
LOT DETAILS:
Brightbloom Mortuary, funeral home

It’s a large Victorian-style house that had its lower floors converted into a funeral home and crematorium. There’s a small personal graveyard as well and a large cherry blossom tree. The house is on 302 S Second Avenue, behind the priest house. It faces South Second Avenue. It's called Brightbloom Mortuary.

The house has been updated to be accessible to disabled guests while maintaining as much of its original style as possible. It’s laid out so that funerals, cremations, and wakes are on one side. The main offices, guest path to the morgue, and some respite rooms are on the other. Bathrooms and the main stairway are between them in the foyer. The morgue, the embalming room, and another respite room are in the basement. There’s a kitchen on the first floor, but guest access to it is by invitation only.

The main living spaces are upstairs on the second floor and the attic. The head mortician lives in the house full-time. They’re also the head funeral director, and they’re licensed to prepare humans and animals. They keep pet supplies and there’s a room on the ground floor for pets to stay in if their guardians need. The morgue and crematorium are off-limits to unaccompanied non-humans (the embalming room is always off-limits), but pets are very welcome at the funeral home and encouraged to be brought along for comfort. As long as they’re well-behaved, the head mortician doesn’t mind if they explore the house.

I'll add Sims screenshots for the layout after I build it.

PCs:
Hollyclaw, Warrior of ShadowClan
Dawnflurry, Deputy of ShadowClan
Mistyleaf, Warrior of ThunderClan

Shadesleek, Warrior of WindClan
Morgan, Royal Scion of Camelot
Duke, Rogue

CHARACTER: Siofra and Kelia (living happily off camera)
ADDRESS:109 Woodland Alley
LOT DETAILS: Siofra's domain is nestled among a cluster of houses on Woodland lane, however, thanks to her human's taste in nature a luscious spread of foliage on the property makes for a rather secluded feeling atmosphere. A tall willow tree is the main focal point located in the west corner of the yard, just across from a small natural rock fountain tucked into a cluster of bushes. Flowers of all kind surrounded the fountain, but the featured attraction is the cluster of light pink and sunset orange dahlia's that seem to glow in the sunlight. Surrounding bushes make the perfect shade spots throughout the yard and a few other trees can be found, although they pale in comparison to the lovely willow tree. At night, glowing moonlight is trapped in odd containers that decorate the yard, making a midnight stroll not only lovely, but fantastical as well.

As for the buildings, the main home is a modern day country cottage, painted in lovely whites and soft blues. The shutters are always open in the summer and on laundry day, the vintage Dutch door lets in ample sunlight and fresh air through it's top opening. The secondary building is a small greenhouse, that at the moment, stands empty. Siofra enjoys going into the clean atmosphere to sunbath and watch the sunlight dance against the many windows. A stone path set into the grass leads from one building to the other.

Although the fence surrounding the property is a simple white picket, Siofra feels protected in the natural environment she gets to enjoy each day.

CHARACTER: Lelouch Von Noon, Heir to the Duchy of Noon
ADDRESS: 204 First Avenue
LOT DETAILS:

The residence exudes the opulence of 16th-century French Renaissance architecture in its form, modified from its more modern build. The stately home has a front porch and a back garden that opens from a white-latticed archway entrance, intricately woven with tendrils of ivy. This verdant sanctuary boasts an array of flowerbeds, each arranged with impeccable precision and is maintained by Two-Leg servants who do not live in the house itself but come every week. Manicured shrubberies line the exterior, their verdant foliage sculpted to geometric rectangular stretches of greenery.

In the heart of the garden stands a circular water fountain, crowned with the serene bust of a French noblewoman with a tranquil expression. Flanking the fountain are two ornately carved wooden benches, inviting visitors to pause and admire the garden’s splendor. It is here, amidst the delicate fragrance of blossoms and the gentle murmur of water, that Lelouch gathers his courtiers, holding court with the regal grace befitting his noble lineage. The house’s perimeter is elegantly defined by a white stone fence, its smooth surface reflecting the sunlight.

Overlooking the backyard is a grand, elevated bay window, a feature both functional and decorative, offering a panoramic view of the garden’s beauty. Adjacent to this window, a discreetly placed elevated cat door allows Lelouch and his kin to come and go as they please. The window’s broad shelf, often bathed in the soft glow of mid-afternoon sun, serves as a stage for the display of various toys, as well as the setting for the daily rituals of mid-noon and supper, where only the finest fare is presented.
