Skyblossom

A gray she-cat with green eyes and medium length fur

Skyblossom has silvery-blue tinted gray fur and green eyes. Her left ear is white with a nick in it. Her fur is medium length and she has a white streak of fur on her right foreleg.

Skyblossom is a sensitive and affectionate she-cat. She is very cheerful, but when hurt, she grows quiet, her silence a sign of her pain. She has quite the playful and ornery disposition when she isn’t attending to her duties.

0-6 Moons:

As a kit, she was curious about everything, just as most kits. She was caught multiple times eavesdropping on conversations the medicine cats were having, and was scolded for it by her adoptive parents and a warrior that caught her. She just wanted to learn about herbs, but was too shy to ask. In the end, she stayed silent, avoiding the medicine den so that she wouldn’t get scolded.

After that, she avoided interacting with other cats; aside from the cats in the nursery, the apprentices, and the other kits. She knew it was stupid to take something so minor and make it a whole thing in her mind, but she didn’t like getting scolded. She didn’t want anycat to be angry at her, even though she knew they were doing it because they cared about her future.

7-12 Moons:

Once an apprentice, the newly named Skypaw immediately went on a tour of the territory with her mentor, where she went hunting for the first time and gathered moss for the elders. It was a pretty normal start to her warrior training, but it felt… empty. She wasn’t excited, and she wasn’t full of joy.

A couple moons into her apprenticeship, she found that she couldn’t feel certain emotions the same way as other cats. Joy and happiness felt as though they were blocked by thousands of dense thorn bushes, only being achieved after much pain and stress. The feeling of rejection was more prominent than most of the common emotions, and it was similar with emotions such as frustration and pain. She felt as though, instead of becoming a better version of herself, she was being degraded into a cat that barely had emotions.

Ignoring the strange change in herself, she became the best warrior she could be, improving her fighting skills and hunting skills, becoming very precise with her strikes and speedy in both hunting and fighting. She studied field medicine as any apprentice should, but she was silently wishing that she could learn more, which kept her from paying attention. This only caused her a small amount of trouble though.

13+ Moons:

She received her warrior name in honor of her hard work and growth. She loved her name, which to her, seemed to represent her sensitivity and cheerfulness. She knew that, in the future, the name she carried would lead her down a path of happiness, sorrow, friendship, loss, and self-discovery, and she looked forward to it, despite the pain that would come with the joy.
