The nursery was quiet in the afternoon light, the soft sounds of wind through the camp lulling most of the other kits into a drowsy calm. Robinkit however was tucked away in her self made nest, carefully sorting through her collection. Her tiny paws worked methodically, separating delicate petals from crisp leaves, fluff from twigs and setting each into neat little piles. "There you go mouse fluff, back with your friends, and you, flower petals, you’re not supposed to be near the bramble twigs" she murmured to herself as she continued her sorting.
She paused as she picked up a pink wildflower, turning it over gently in her paw. The soft color made her smile faintly, her ears twitched, catching a faint sound from outside, but she didn’t look up, she was too engrossed in arranging the flower with the others in its pile. "That’s right… over in that pile…" she murmured, her voice hardly a whisper as she focused on the sorting of flowers, twigs and other seemingly meaningless objects, but they had meaning to Robinkit.
Her tail curled tightly around her as she worked, the soft rustling of petals and leaves the only sound that was above a whisper volume that she made. Even as her paws moved with care, there was a slight restlessness in her actions, a nervous energy that seemed to always linger. "Hmm… where did I put that daffodil…" she whispered, her nose pressed into the mossy bedding before pulling a daffodil from the bedding and placing it in a designated area "Perfect"
Robinkit glanced at her piles, tilting her head as if deciding where to place her newest edition, a flower bud that she found in the far corner of the nursery. She hesitated, biting her lip slightly, before nestling the bud nearly in its place. With her collection slowly taking shape, she allowed herself a small, satisfied sign though her ear flicked uncertainty, as though sensing she wasn’t quite alone in the nursery

Wrentalon ducked quietly into the nursery, ears perking at the quiet murmurings of the tiny kit inside. He watched with amusement as the patched little ball of fur tucked a flower bud into some bedding, his tail twitching as he crouched down.
“Is this a new game of yours?” he mewed.

Wrentalon's voice made Robinkit's ear perk up and she quickly turned her head in his directions. Giving him a little wave of her tail to greet him in a friendly manner. "Hi dad" she mewed gently before nudging some other little items into their respective areas. As if she were a tiny medicine cat sorting out her herbs. And which just as much grace, which could be surprising for a kit her size.
"It's not really a game" She replied, giving her paws a few deliberate yet delicate licks before moving over to him and sitting at the brown tom's paws "It's for healing" she added, there was a hint of playfulness in her tone but for the most part she spoke her words matter-of-factly. "So only me and Tigerrush are allowed to touch em, I don't want anythin' getting lost" she added, casting a glance over her shoulder at her sorted piles.
Suddenly, the idea of playing a game eventually came to her mind and she glanced back up at Wrentalon, her wide yellow eyes fixed onto his hazel eyes the best she possibly could. "Can I heal you dad?" she asked, a persuasive glimmer in her eyes as she flopped her unfolded ear back, her eyes growing wider as she curled her bottom lip into a bit of a pouting motion. "Please?"

Wrentalon quirked his head as the kit sat in front of him. Healing? "You fancy yourself a medicine cat?" he asked, a little unsure of how to react at such a notion. Medicine cattery was a sacred practice--not, he thought, for careless games. But still, she was just a young kit, and it wasn't as if she was actually feeding anyone any herbs...at the moment.
He stretched his legs out in front of him and laid down, tail twitching with amusement. "Go on ahead," he granted. "I believe I might have wrenched a claw last time I went out hunting." He pitifully lifted a paw to show her the fake injury, dropping his ears with mock pain for effect.

"Wrenched claw, dat's not good" Robinkit murmured, narrowing her eyes in thought, remembering that Tigerrush had asked her a series of questions when she had gotten sick, perhaps Robinkit could do the same in this little game of medicine cat. "I need to ask you a few questions" she mewed, softly but still rather sternly for her age.
Robinkit picked up a few leaves and brought them over to Wrentalon, placing them on his 'wrenched' claw. "When exactly did your claw get wrenched and are you feeling and big amounts of pain?" she asked with a slight tilt of her head as she glanced up at Wrentalon expectantly. It wasn't like she was a real medicine cat by any means, but this playing seemed a lot more interesting than the play fighting that she had heard a few other kits do. Though she did seem to take it rather seriously.
She took the leaves off of Wrentalon's claws and gave them a few taps with her own paw before giving his paws a few diligently paced licks and she unintentionally let out a light purr while knowing she was 'healing' her kin "We will need some..." she began, glancing over to her collection of meaningless bits-n-bobs in her nest. "If you're in a lot of pain I can give you... uh flower seeds, yes flower seeds" she murmured. "It'll help get rid of that pain"
She padded over to her piles and methodically looked through each one. picking out a flower bud she had placed in a respective pile earlier and trotted back over to Wrentalon. She pressed her paw onto the flower bud and a small seed popped out "Eat that and the pain will go away" she spoke but then stretched up to whisper into Wrentalon's ear "Don't actually eat it, just pretend eat it" she spoke in a whisper

Finchkit, who looked half-asleep, was watching the interaction between Wrentalon and Robinkit from beside a sleeping Sunstrike. The little ginger tom remained silent and unmoving the entire time. You’d almost think that he was asleep if it weren’t for the fact that his eyes were open halfway.
Sorting things, in Finchkit’s own humble opinion, sounded boring. Mundane. But he loved his sister to bits so he wouldn’t dare to say or do anything that could potentially upset her, the little tom not daring to touch a single plant in her pile. Finchkit stretched before going back into a loaf position.

Wrentalon blinked, trying to come up with a good fake answer for her fake questions. “Hmm…I think it was yesterday morning, when I was chasing after a squirrel. And there’s so much pain, it might be the worst hunting injury I’ve ever received.” He laid his head down with a dramatic, sad sigh, giving fake winces as she tapped his claws.
“Flower seeds?” he asked, perking his ears up. He managed to hide his snicker of amusement in with a hopeful tone of voice. “That sounds like just the thing I need.”
With a nod, he lapped at the air in front of the seed, covertly covering it with his paw. “Hmmm…. Oh! I think I can feel it working!” He looked down, flexing his ‘injured’ paw.
