Private Thread Traversing the Territory

Taking Cottonbright's suggestion was something Goosesong hadn't really expected he'd be doing, but he found himself taking Stormpaw out to the south field to work on battling on some different terrain, as they have normally been doing such training by the river, where the terrain would normally have been rather slippery, and yet was covered in snow and ice. At least Stormpaw would understand the methods of hunting and sparring on solid ice and snow.

The day was crisp and clear at least, something he had not really planned for, something no cat could plan for really, but it wasn't as bad as it could be and it wasn't as cold as it could have been, it was definitely less cold then the day before. It had irritated Goosesong that the snow had accumulated a fair bit from a few days ago when he had originally planned for Stormpaw's training, but like any cat, he would have to make do with what he was served.

"Stormpaw" He summoned with his normal flat tone as he flicked his tail in a similar summons. "I have gone over a lot of the basics with you more-a-less by the riverside, but you have yet to be trained somewhere more open." he began, he did flash a flat look at Stormpaw, but it didn't reveal any indifference towards his apprentice, much rather appreciation for her being so willing to go out as the snow had begun to melt into slush.

"Now tell me" Goosesong began, standing across from his apprentice "How would you think you would fight in this terrain if the need for it came?"
