Hickorystorm had been hoping to grab a bite from the fresh-kill pile but as his nose twitched, he realized that it was still raining. Ugh. Of course it was still raining, but he sighed inwardly as his stomach rumbled. Carefully making his way over, he began nosing the pile to see what might tempt him when he heard some soft purring.
Turning his head, he caught the scent of Sunpool nearby. Ear twitching slightly, ignoring the grumbling of his belly, he padded over to where he was relaxing. "Don't tell me you're enjoying this damp?" He knew she had longer fur than he did, so it genuinely made him curious. Her coat wasn't water resistant like some of the Riverclan cats, was it?
