Open to Join Side by Side in the Light

Coming out of the Warriors’ den after a short nap, Dazzleflame stepped into the red rays of sunlight, his bright light cooper eyes glowing reddish orange as he narrowed his eyes, not quite expecting the spectacular light that had apparently been awaiting him outside the den.

Deciding to take a couple mice off of the prey pile, he excitedly walked over, grabbing them by their tails and heading towards a nicely lit yet still shaded part of camp to eat. Maybe he’d go out that night to catch a few mice after taking the two most plump off of the pile…

Settling down, he closed his eyes, almost tempted to go back to sleep. Resisting the urge, he looked down at the two mice, taking a bite out of one as he started eating. Hmm… Something was missing… Maybe he should’ve looked for some company. It was a little weird with how silent it was…
