Bloomfire & Briarfang (and maybe Thornstrike). Depending on where it goes, others may be able to join if they ask.
The two siblings have casual chatter and discuss Sunningrocks
RiverClan camp

Bloomfire hated nothing more than sweltering heat, especially with her thick, long fur. Because of this, she was bored and irritated. She wanted to make it everyone else's problem too, so she made her way over to her sibling. One of the only cats the bothered to complain too, as they might just listen.
She made her way over to Briarfang from the behind, head held high and her tail swishing, doing her best to hide her discomfort. As she got closer, she lightened her pawsteps, hoping to surprise the cat with her silent approach. 'Hello, dearest sibling!' she mewed, her voice a fake cheerful tone. Really, she didn't mind talking to Briarfang, but hey, she had a reputation to uphold! 'How has your day been? Boring I assume, for you are never that interesting..' she sighed, sitting down next to Briarfang while wrapping her feathered tail neatly around her dark paws. 'You know, I'm so unbelievably bored at the moment. Yes, Boldstar did die not that long ago, but I don't care much for him (lies). Please tell me you have something to share to your sweet sister, otherwise I will have wasted air and my precious time for nothing'

The heat was warming Briarfang's dark fur as they sat for a moment in the sun. Their ears flicked at the sounds of movement in the camp, which were pretty much constant throughout the day. Bloomfire's scent caught their nose just before their sister started lamenting about her boredom. They didn't know quite how to reply to being told they were 'never interesting.' "And you?" was all they could think to say.
But there was something that had been nagging at their mind for a few weeks now--their little task from Coldgaze. With a thoughtful tilt of their head, they scanned the camp clearing. "I do have something, actually.... Not here, though. Come for a walk with me?" They flicked their tail as they headed towards the camp entrance. With Boldstar's recent loss of a life, there was no way they wanted to risk any accusations of insurrection. The clan had only just began to settle back down.
'Hah, you think you can outdo me?

'Hmm, I've been okay. The weather is starting to get to me, but nothing I can't handle. Only problem I have is the lack of excitement at the moment'
She looked around camp with a lazy glance, though laced underneath was a natural curiosity, hoping to catch a glance of a clanmate whispering to another, or sneaking out through a back entrance. No surprise, not much was happening. She was still except for the occasional twitch of her ear, but at Briarfang's mention of having something to tell her, she switched her gaze to them, a flicker of interest gleaming across her eyes. 'I knew you would have something' she said, giving them a nod indicating that she would follow him outside of camp.
She walked by her siblings side until they were out of ear reach of camp, then stopping the cat with her tail. 'This should be far enough. No one can hear us, trust me, I've checked how far I need to go to be from earshot of camp.'
She didn't mind continuing a peaceful walk with her sibling, but it wasn't often that she was pulled from camp to be told something, meaning she wanted to pay full attention - and that meant sitting down so she wasn't concentrating on walking too. 'So,' she said slyly, 'What do you have to tell? Have you found out something you shouldn't have? Gotten yourself into trouble?' she said with a little snicker, but then her gaze turned a little softer, more filled with interest, 'Or do you have some sort of plan in mind? I can't work out what though...'

Briarfang gave a small smile as their sister followed them out of camp. As she mentioned they were far enough to not be heard anymore, Briarfang gave an amused snort. They had no idea what Bloomfire might get up to in figuring out how far it took to leave the whole camp's earshot, but it was no surprise she had that all worked out. "Of course you have."
They sat down in the space among some tall grasses, curling their thin, dark tail around their paws. "What do you think of Sunningrocks?" they asked. "It seems as if Thunderclan has been leaving it pretty empty lately, doesn't it? For days."
'Hah, you think you can outdo me?

Once Brairfang began to speak, Bloomfire's eyes lit up with a sparking interest she didn't show often, she knew exactly what they were talking about. 'Sunningrocks... I didn't expect such a proposal from you, but, I'm impressed nonetheless' she said, giving an approving nod to her sibling, not that they needed it. 'Having territory like that, and leaving it bare for days on end is a waste. It's such a shame it's not our territory. But you and I both know we can change that, and I think you are already thinking that'
Bloomfire pondered for a few seconds, something as large as this would need good planning, and ThunderClan was no clan to underestimate either, especially with all those fierceblooded cats running around. 'Have you shared this with anyone else? Some may not take the idea well, and I don't need you getting on others bad sides. We will need to think about a good plan too, and convince our own clan it's a good idea. But, just know you have caught my interest, Briarfang. It's been a while since I've put these claws to use' she said, unsheathing her claws for a heartbeat. 'Plus, it seems like a great lounging place, could be good for clan bonding, not that I'm exactly interested in that; and gives us direct access to ThunderClan's territory if we ever get bored again in the future.'

Briarfang smiled as their sister's eyes gleamed with interest. "Exactly," they replied. "The Thunderclan cats don't even make good use of it. And think of the extra prey we might be able to hunt when the river freezes over."
They thought for a moment as Bloomfire asked if anyone else knew of the plan. Technically yes, and technically it wasn't their idea alone, but how would it affect Coldgaze if his name were dropped? Briarfang hadn't thought of this aspect--would getting cats to go along with the idea of taking Sunningrocks mean putting the deputy's reputation at stake? But then again, it was all just talk...and Bloomfire could keep a secret....
They casually licked a paw, running it over their notched ear. "Coldgaze and I were talking about it the other day. There's no real plans to do anything, but I think it's worth talking about. For now, at least." They grinned, baring their teeth at their sister's eagerness. "I knew you'd agree. It's all just chatter and ideas at the moment, but who knows? If enough of Riverclan agrees, it may just be something we have to actually plan for." Briarfang wasn't as enthusiastic about combat as Bloomfire was, but they had to admit, they'd love to see how the clashing personalities of Thunderclan would unite for a battle. If they even would. If they weren't too embarrassed of their own kind getting stuck in trees like feather-brained squirrels--what a defense that would be!

Coldgaze... Interesting. If Bloomfire was completely honest with herself, she didn't expect it from the deputy. Maybe it would have been something he would have done when younger, but now that he was deputy, Bloomfire thought he might have gained a little more responsibility. Not that their talk of Sunningrocks was irresponsible, it just didn't seem like something a deputy would bring up. 'I didn't expect Coldgaze to be in on this. I'm not his biggest fan, but we can't go around mentioning his name, linked with this talk or it might jeopardise his position, though I think you already know that. Thanks for trusting me.' she said with a quick, respectable nod. Something that the ruddy she-cat didn't do often. 'Our best bet it to either go to Thornstrike or Alderfly next. Or perhaps even our mother. I would like to leave such a job to you though. I'm not fond of many within the clan. Though if you need some extra help convincing, I can always give you some special help' she offered with a smirk, indicating she wouldn't mind using her sharp tongue on another cat if it came to it. 'I know this is all talk, but have you thought anything further other than the concept itself?'

Breathing a small, relieved sigh at their sister's words, Briarfang nodded back. "I wasn't certain you'd agree--it's best not to mention him." The very last thing they needed if the idea was to become a real plan was for Coldgaze to suffer any consequences. Or be made to change his mind.
"I was hoping to find Thornstrike today, but it seems I keep missing her," they replied, a little surprised. They hadn't thought their mother would be very interested in the idea, or of Alderfly. It was worth a shot, though, they supposed. "It'll be slow going, if we can rally at all, but we'll see where every cat ends up. As for thinking on anything further...I'm not sure. I've gone over some scenarios in my mind, but it's mostly been for entertainment, you know? I'm sure you understand, you're always so bored." Was it morbid to imagine battles and tensions when bored? They...chose to ignore that thought.
'Hah, you think you can outdo me?

'Alright, seems we are on the same sides with this for now. How about just lay low, and get the feels on what others think of sunningrocks? Without any hint of actually taking them, just see how everyone feels about the concept itself?'
'Yeah, I haven't seen Thornstrike either, but we'll catch them at some point' she said with a shrug. Nettlesky and Alderfly were long shots, but it was better than talking to Cottonbright or Boldstar himself
'Are your scenarios filled with good or bad? If you keep thinking of the worst, it might suggest that maybe you are not ready for such a battle, or even RiverClan as a whole. To do something with this much significance, you must have confidence, in yourself and the clan, otherwise we have no chance of even winning' She had no idea if her sibling was thinking of the good of the bad, but it was better to make it clear they needed to be confident in the clans abilities for such talk to go any further. 'And yes, sometimes I go through battles in my mind, but I'm not a heartless creature. I'm more just testing my own problem solving skills in random scenarios'
While Bloomfire liked battle, it wasn't the fighting itself she enjoyed. It was the thrill of making a successful move, or outsmarting your opponent that drew her towards battle. Harming a cat with brute force seemed pointless when you could have a little fun with a foe instead. Make them suffer for a little longer if they deserved it...

"Laying low is just my thought. Exactly what I've been doing." Briarfang nodded at Bloomfire's suggestion.Though the two of them differed in some ways, Briarfang always loved it when their thoughts aligned perfectly. It was a comfort that they usually only found among their immediate family, a reassuring connection to others that wasn't so easily tested.
"I've been thinking of both good and bad," they responded. "There's simply many ways something like this could go. I don't have enough confidence in Thunderclan's warriors that they would be able to defend the stones very well, but I'm also unsure if we can get others of our own to rally." They shrugged as they groomed themself, swiping a paw over their other ear. "It's really something we'll have to feel out as we go along."
With a teasing smile, their amber eyes glinting. "And I know you're not heartless. You're just tough and a bit loud and brash at times. And maybe snappy."
'Hah, you think you can outdo me?

Bloomfire may put on a hardy, careless exterior, but she cared. Sometimes. And now was one of those times. She felt comfortable, a little at peace even and it was all because of Briarfang. Odd how siblings worked like that sometimes.
'Sounds good then. I'll leave whatever comes next to you. I'm not exactly a popular choice within the clan. But I'll be around if you need me' she said with a chuckle. Bloomfire knew she wasn't the greatest of cats, but she owned it. Bloompaw had made made a choice, and that was who Bloomfire was now. Sometimes it was exhausting being, well, Bloomfire. But she was who she was, and she definitely wouldn't change a thing about herself if she had the chance.
'Some might say I'm heartless, but I'll take pride in it. Any insult I can twist into a compliment, unless someone calls me ugly. That's too far' she said, finally giving her sibling a genuine smile. While Bloomfire had a naturally ragged almost pelt, she did her best to look as presentable as possible. Looks are a must for Bloomfire!

Briarfang nodded, a bit skeptical of her confidence. They stood up to head back to camp, lightly bumping a shoulder into Bloomfire. "Is that so? Well, I'll be certain to tell other cats to never call you ugly," they said sarcastically. "And I definitely won't stick around to see whatever tragedy then befalls them."
