Personality Shadeclaw, from Bayflower’s point of view was a loving yet extremely short-tempered feline who always had something to complain about. She’s not very social but does keep her clanmates close. She doesn’t enjoy doing work all that much, but she’s not one to go against what she’s told to do so she doesn’t put off work or anything, she’ll still do what needs to be done. |

Shadeclaw growing up didn’t really have present parents, well of course, her dam had to be there to feed her until six moons old but her mother’s mind always seemed to be elsewhere when she was with her kits. Probably thinking about getting back to warrior duties as she didn’t quite enjoy being confined in one den all day. During her apprenticeship, she was pretty average at everything though when she turned 10 moons old, her mentor passed away and she struggled with this new mentor as the she-cat constantly pushed her out of her comfort zone and criticized her harshly when she messed up, she got it eventually but it had definitely been hard in the beginning. Warriorhood was alright, she eventually forgave her dam for not spending any time with her when she was younger and actually got along with her sire very well, the molly always looking to him for any advice that she needed. Later on, she had her best friend Burnstone sire her kits, the molly giving birth to two which she named Baykit and Creekkit. Like every relationships, she had her ups and downs with her best friend and kits but in the end she always did what she could to ensure that they were happy and healthy. She had told herself that unlike her own parents she’d do her best to spend time with her kits and make them spend time together as well. Threads :

“Shadeclaw growing up didn’t really have present parents, both of them being too obsessed and caught up with warrior duties when she and her three littermates were little. Instead, she was mostly taken care of by a fellow queen in the nursery.” – Her mother would have still been a queen until the kits apprenticeships, so she wouldn’t have been going to do warrior things, but could have spent more and more time outside the den. She would have had to be there to feed them up until their second moon, and then could have been more and more paws-off, but she wouldn’t be able to return to warrior duties until after her kits’ apprenticeship.
