Appearance Short Description : SHORT DESCRIPTION WILL BE ASSIGNED BY STAFF FOLLOWING APPROVAL Long Description :
Baring a strikingly similar stature and frame as her son, Quailfeather, Mousewillow is a mostly round and fairly large she-cat even being slightly bigger than her littermate Eaglecry, given the act of Maine Coon genetics acting on their bloodline. Her long fur is dappled with chocolate and ginger broken mackerel tabby calico patches, white fur also covered most of her body, which may cause her patches to strand out in stark contrast to those who might have known her. This gives here a closer appearance to her sire, Sparrowrattle, while getting the appearance of a tri-colored cat from her mother, Ratfreckle. Her eyes hold a deep, dark hue of forest green, of which she often liked to admire, and often enjoyed the fact that her son bore a similar color in his own eyes once the color had shown. As well as her questionably unique dappled pelt, Mousewillow’s ears pertained a unique curve that she inherited from her sire, however she didn’t take his short tail as her sister did.

Personality While some may have described Mousewillow as a little reckless, other could have described her as an adventurous spirit. However, Mousewillow thought that both sides of the assumptions were vastly incorrect. In fact, her ‘adventurous spirit’ or ‘carelessness’ was truly a wild spirit that demanded the freedom to explore as vast as she possibly could, even in her older moons, it was near impossible to keep Mousewillow in her den for long before she was either asking when she would be able to leave again, or just simply letting her clanmates know where she was off to and leave on her own accord. This mischief often may have ended her in some little spats. But Mousewillow never let her pride ruin a perfectly good friendship or companionship over something as pretty as leaving camp or something possibly less important. After all, these cats were the ones she would spend the last of her days with and she had no reason not to trust every single one of them. While alive, Mousewillow’s kin adored her, namely her sister, Eaglecry and her kits, Thrushchirp and Quailfeather, all of whom she cherished dearly and were almost inseparable with. The only thing that separated the closely knit kinship she had with them was StarClan itself, and even so, she’d always make sure her kits and her sister weren’t alone in the time without her. |

Full History :
Born to seasoned queen, Ratfreckle, being the younger sister of Frondwhistle and Honeyglow, Mousewillow started out her kithood moons with her inseparable sister, Eaglecry as a bouncing ball of energy and mischief. Always attempting some form of trouble-causing play that would often get her a word or two from Ratfreckle that would more than often go in through one ear and out of the other. Eaglecry on the other paw, was much more mature than herself, but Mousewillow had seen this as the two evening out one another. And yet, it didn’t stop either antics beyond the nursery. That’s what Ratfreckle was for! Apprenticeship came easy for Mousewillow, as she was able to put all of her untamed energy into her training and she had personally felt she excelled greatly in the training she was doing, to some extents, it had impressed their sire, who had been chosen to mentor her, Sparrowrattle. However, in the later moons of her training, Mousewillow and Eaglecry sensed something had gone wrong, terribly wrong… however, before Mousewillow had even seen the osprey flying towards her, it was screeching in surprise at Eaglecry’s attack to defend Mousewillow from an attack that could have killed her. And even if she had ben a little envious that her sister had gotten her warrior name before Mousewillow did, she is forever grateful for the risk that her sister took so that she would be able to experience the ceremony at all. That was what was important to the calico she-cat. Into her warrior moons, things didn’t change much from the usual array of warriors her age and older. Except, however, when she chose to bare kits later in life and chose a friends and senior warrior, Rainbramble, as sire for them and gave birth to a healthy litter of two, of which she named Thrushkit and Quailkit, in honor to her sister’s name to commemorate the bravery that she displayed when she fought the bird that would have made the kits’ lives impossible. It was the least that Mousewillow could have done. Unfortunately, Quailfeather and Eaglecry experienced the loss of Mousewillow on a particularly difficult leaf-bare when Mousewillow had contacted a nasty case of Greencough that quickly developed into Blackcough before anything significant could be done to prevent it. The sickness ravished her and eventually, she succumbed to the ailment and die in the medicine den knowing that she would be able to watch over those she held close from afar. Threads :
