Tortie toms are extremely rare and when they do happen, they tend to be infertile, if you mean cinnamon being red.
If you mean cinnamon (ruddy brown) and black, then I don’t think that color combination exists.
If you have any real world examples of this kind of coloring, let me know, otherwise you will need to change his color.
