An undersized cream classic tabby tom with pale blue eyes

Berrypaw is a short-haired tom with a cream-colored coat marked by classic tabby swirls that ripple across his sides. His fur is sleek and well-kept, highlighting the gentle contrast of his pale markings. He has his mother’s pale blue eyes, bright and clear against the softness of his fur. Slightly smaller than most apprentices his age, although he has more than grown into his oversized paws inherited from his dam. Despite his small stature, he is slowly gaining muscle, hoping the most fit apprentice in the Clan (however outlandish that may be).

Berrypaw is a young tom with a wild imagination and a flair for drama. He often pretends to be a fierce predator, stalking his sister Cedarpaw through wherever they may roam with exaggerated stealth and exaggerated pounces. Though he rarely seems serious, he approaches everything with intense focus, which he treats, on some occasions, with more importance than is needed. He’s endlessly curious about the world beyond camp and loves listening to the elders’ stories, though he’s clever enough to steer clear of the crankier ones.

While he dreams of grand adventures and gatherings with other Clans, he often has to be reminded that he’s still just a young, and that his loud schemes make him the easiest apprentice in WindClan to catch.

Kithood:

Born on the 17th day of Leopard’s Rest 2020, this young tom was named after Aspenberry, the WindClan deputy and friend to Beewhisker. Berrykit has a lot of love for his clan even as a kit. He looks up to his Dam, Beewhisker, and his Sire, Bayflower. He believes them to be the most honorable and likeable cats ever and wants to be just like them. Growing up with his sister Cedarkit has made his short life fun and full of wonder. He is always trying to get her to leave the camp with him. Even though he may be smaller than most cats he doesn’t let it bother him and with Cedarkit and the others by his side, he will become the greatest warrior WindClan has ever known.

Apprenticeship:

Berrykit was given the name Berrypaw on the 10th day of the Moon of Running Prey with Breezewing as his mentor. While he hadn’t expected to be given to an older cat, he didn’t complain. He was much more excited to learn everything there was to know about being a strong warrior!
