StarClan
StarClan is the home of the spirits of the Four earthly clans that are descended of the four Great Clans who live on only in memory through the Skies of the Clan Cats. It consists of four Subgroups: ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, & ShadowClan. These spirits are regularly in contact with the earthly clans through regular visits by Medicine Cats through the Moonstone. They also have a deep connection and are very aware of the things that occur at Fourtrees.
When in the celestial territory of StarClan the territory is generally varied, mimicking the appearance of the specific earthly Clan’s territory that is most fitting for that visitation.
Every Believing cat of the Earthly Realm that dies joins StarClan. This means that members of the four Earthly Clans join together into a single group in StarClan. Different spirits rise and fall in power for many reasons, the most dramatic being the strength of their earthly memory. This is supplemented by the alliances and friendships they carry in the next world. Spirits come together for many reasons, including to influence visions, cause omens, and otherwise apply pressure to the Followers of the faith in the earthly realm.
The Great Clans
The Great Clans are the predecessors of the four Earthly Clans. It consists of four Subgroups: TigerClan, LionClan, CheetahClan, & LeopardClan. These spirits are irregularly in contact with the earthly Clans, but share the same propensity for Fourtrees and the Moonstone that StarClan does. While StarClan is more willing to interfere in more personal matters, Great Clanners only involve themselves in such things when they have a personal investment in some element of the issue. Otherwise they reserve their strength for larger issues.
The only way a new member of the Great Clans can be revealed is through StarClan as belief is the power that fuels spirits ability to appear in the Earthly realm. It is incredibly rare for a new member of the Great Clans to become revealed to the Earthly Clans. Such an event would involve a major addition to the lore and history of the clans, potentially revealing new pieces of the past.

Places of Power
- The Sacred Places
- Sacredmoor: The least of the sacred places, this is the stone dotted grassland that lies before the entrance to Highstones.
- Highstones: The great hole dug in the ground by Reoc of TigerClan that reveals Mothermouth to the world.
- Mothermouth: A entrance in the side of Highstones with a ledge before it. This maw gives way to a tunnel to a that leads to the gave of the Moonstone.
- The Moonstone: The most sacred of places to the Clans. The moonstone is a gleaming crystalline mass that glows in moonlight through a small crack in the ceiling. Cats who touch the stone and rest usually have dreams, and those who touch it together will share those dreams. The Moonstone serves as the Medicine Cats primary conduit to reach StarClan.
- Fourtrees & the Greatrock: The location of the gatherings held under the full moon. The four oaks represent the four clans. The leaders of the clans give news and updates to the other clans from this location.
