A chocolate ticked mink she-cat with white paws and chest with white flecks on her legs & nose with odd eyes

At birth, Flickerkit was merely more than a tiny scrap of fur, her shimmery, chocolate ticked pelt her only defining feature. Despite both her sires being on the larger, stockier side, Flickerkit will take after her mother. She will grow into a lithe, sleek, tall and leggy appearance, taking on Aspenberry’s grace, and her grandsire’s lanky body. Her features will be sharp and angular, but still contain a natural softness as shown in Aspenberry. Her fur is short and soft, always thoroughly groomed by her mother at night.

Flickerkit contains a chocolate mink coat, in which the points of her face, tail and legs are a rich, mid hue brown colour, though as it reaches the center of her body, it lightens up slightly, to a much paler brown. Amidst these layers of chocolate is a distinctive ticked pattern, causing a shimmery look to her fur. Due to this pattern, faint spotted tabby markings are strewn across her face, legs and tail. Adorning Flickerkit’s pelt are patches of white. Her paws are a pure white, which lead to a speckly white pattern on her legs. Across her face are a few white speckles too, and on her nose bridge they are especially prominent. Her chest is white, and she has a few white speckles on her belly. 

A top Flickerkit’s face lies a black, perfectly heart shaped nose, contrasting against the white speckles on her face. She inherited Kosmo’s dual toned eyes, with her right eye being a dilute, pale amber, and her left eye the same soft sage green as her mothers.

Flickerkit will take on a personality much like her dame, Aspenberry, but with a little more spice to it. She won’t be one to boss around her 3 siblings, but she will not be a pushover either, more than ready to let her parents know if a sibling is acting out of line by making some noise. As she gains movement and access to her senses, she will take on Aspenberry and Kosmo’s curious natures, forcefully pushing herself out of the nest and into camp where she can truly explore the world. She won’t have any active desire to cause trouble, but will not be afraid to cause some harmless mischief if that’s what her brothers want. She will take on all three of her parents more easygoing, charming natures, in which she is a (sometimes) patient and diligent thinker. What will contrast Flickerkit from that of Aspenberry is her slightly fiercer temper. It won’t take many cats long to realise Flickerkit does not have a steady control of her emotions, especially her anger.

Flickerkit was born alongside three tomkits to WindClan warriors Cloudflare and Aspenberry. Both parents have eagerly awaited the litter, and look forward to raising a family of their own. Unbeknown to Cloudflare, the litter contained a second sire, Kosmo, a wandering rogue that Aspenberry came across in her many adventures. Flickerkit’s biological sire is Kosmo, but to the young kit Cloudflare is her father and nothing will change that. She spends the early days of her life working hard at kneading her mother’s stomach whilst cuddling against the warmth of her brothers. Sharing the nursery with her is an older litter by Beewhisker, one of Aspenberry’s friends. With 6 kits inhabiting the nursery, alongside 2 diligent queens Flickerkit is bound to grow up loved and cared for.
