Bengalspots is a muscular tom with spotted multicolor golden fur. He has one golden eye and a dichromatic golden eye that splits into a blue color. His fur is short and he has a scar on his right foreleg.

Bengalspots is a cheerful and laid-back tom who dislikes fighting. He has empathy for others and hates to see them alone. He enjoys speaking with others, and sometimes talks too much.

Kit History:

Bengalkit was born to a Queen who had lost her mate only a moon earilier. His mother died along with his two siblings due to complications during the birth. Growing up without his biological parents present, he was normally quite lonely. However, when he was about three moons old, Skykit was born. Though she was too young to interact with, he felt that he had quite a bit in common with her, both of them having lost their mothers at young ages and never having a biological father in their life.

Apprentice History:

As an apprentice, Bengalpaw excelled in both fighting and hunting, his muscular build making fighting simple in the aspect of strength and his coat helping him blend in with his surroundings. He enjoyed both, finding them exciting, his favorite being fighting. Although, he would have preferred to be the agile type, as his muscular build made it hard to land precise hits.

During the last lengths of his apprenticeship, however, his entire mindset on fighting changed. While on a hunting patrol with his mentor, they both ran into a fox, forcing them to fight. As they fought, his mentor protected him, crying out for him to run, but he did not listen, not willing to leave his mentor to die alone.

Leaping forward and landing a heavy blow across the fox’s eyes, he and his mentor became mixed in a chaotic fight. Just as he prepared to leap forward and slash the fox again, it leapt at him, foam at its mouth and a wild look in its eyes. Standing, frozen in his tracks, Bengalpaw watched as the fox loomed over him, prepared to die at its claws.

Yet his mentor leapt in front of him, being killed by the fox in an instant after a ruthless slash to the throat. Enraged, he leapt at the fox, digging his claws deep into its neck and dragging them downward, watching as the blood pooled at the fox’s paws. Before he knew it, the fox was lying on the ground, dead. However, this victory came with a great loss. His mentor, the closest cat he had ever had to being his kin, was dead.

Standing in the middle of camp, Bengalspots looked down at the scar that he had received from his fight with the fox, wondering if he really deserved the name that he had been given that day. He didn’t obey his mentor when he was ordered to run, and he couldn’t even save them in the end. What kind of warrior was he if he couldn’t even do what he was told? If he couldn’t even save one cat?

Ever since the day he defeated the fox, he disliked fighting, finding it as something that was used to protect, not to kill. And even then, he couldn’t protect the cat that had been closest to him. What was the point if you could only save other cats when things went your way?
