  You will need to supply the name of that character.

• Apply as New Character: You may apply for this rank as a proposed new character.

  Ensure you are prepared to provide thoughts about your plan for this character.

Who you are applying with does effect the weight given to an application.
Adoptable Characters are preferable to Existing Characters, who are prefered to New Characters.

Provide a brief rundown of the personality and history of the character in question, making sure to explain where major personality traits came from, and to include those traits you think qualify the character as the next deputy.

Sprucepaw of RiverClan was not paying attention. She was instead following a black and orange winged butterfly as it fluttered through the reeds and rushes on the edge of the river. Her striped tail waved as she practiced a pounce and brought the brightly colored insect to the ground with a ferocious (for an apprentice) yowl.

She then made her way further along the bank, no thought going into the fact that her paws carried her up onto a large, flat, sun-drenched stone. As she crossed up onto Sunningrocks she spotted the grasshopper and made her way into the classic low-stalk that she had been taught and began her pursuit.

Jumpingleaf, the WindClan Medicine cat, stands before Rushstar, his fur bristling. The older leader stares down at the young cat, not unsympathetically – but sternly nonetheless.

“It was a sign! Our ancestors want Mousekit trained as a Medicine cat!” He spat, now pacing in front of her. “I don’t care if she’s but a scrap of fur now – I’ll make her into a healer if it’s the last thing I do! You just aren’t thinking logically about this!”

Rushstar waited patiently for Jumpingleaf to stop his rant to breathe before cutting in. “Mousekit is barely a moon old. And you are just out of your apprenticeship. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to force a kit to be anything other than a kit. If you need more paws to help you since your mentor passed-“

She was cut off by Jumpingleaf hissing in frustration before continuing. ” And my decision on this would be the same for any kit or cat in this situation. Not just my daughter.”

Write an in character post in for the following situation as the character you are applying with.

Your character is out on a lone hunt and spots an intruder. The cat isn’t of any of the clans, and is not one that [CHARACTER] has seen before. Even the cat’s scent is foreign with lean muscles rippling beneath a ragged and scarred pelt. He dosen’t appear to be either hostile or stealing prey, simply exploring.
