How to Collect : Bite off the bundles of grapes.
How to Preserve : Lay the fruit out in full sun, still attached to the stems until the fruit is shriveled and in possession of minimal moisture.
How to Store : Pile the fruit, still attached too the stems, in a cool dry place.
