Beetlekit is a small, shadowed tomkit with a pelt as black as night. His fur is long like his sire’s and glossy enough to catch even the smallest amount of light. His tail is stunted and stubby, with large ears that are rounded at the tip. His face is offset by a narrow, sharp featured face that betrays Bloomfire’s bloodline with high cheekbones and a defined muzzle, but his stature is more squarish. As a kit, his eyes are a pale blue but over time, they will mature into an earthy copper, echoing Bloomfire’s sire. Though small now, he’ll grow into a medium sized, compact tom with shorter, sturdy legs. |

Personality Small and quiet, Beetlekit tends to linger near the edges of the nest rather than in the middle of play. He’s still soft and round with kitten down, his tiny paws tucked close beneath him most of the time. He’s slow to act and a bit oblivious at times and currently bumbles around on his paws. He doesn’t cry much but when he does, he’s insistent when it comes to his needs. Beetlekit’s withdrawn nature isn’t shyness exactly and seems more like caution. He seems to test the air before joining in, always a step slower and watching for what comes next. Still there’s curiosity there but will have to wait and mature to see if any confidence blooms or will be suffocated out by his imposing dame. |

Beetlekit was born alongside his sister, ______, to Bloomfire and Coldstar of RiverClan on the 18th Day of the Moon of Running Prey. So far he does little more than seek warmth and sustenance from his dame, and tries his best to toddle around when he thinks its prudent. He knows little more than the nest in wish he lies in and the den that shelters him and his sibling. Threads :
