Question:
Provide a brief rundown of the personality and history of the character in question, making sure to explain where major personality traits came from, and to include those traits you think qualify the character as the next deputy.
Response:
Braveheart’s courageous, merciful, cunning, kind, loyal traits all sprang from the less attention he had as a kit and Apprentice. Due to his father and mother being slightly terrible parents he had to learn on his own and found that his Clan would take better care of him hopefully than his parents. As the next deputy, being courageous would help the Clan in many ways so could his kind helpful loyal nature. A Deputy needs to be loyal to his Clan always, and also needs to have a bit of kindness in his/her heart.
Question:
Reply to the following RP Post In Character.
Sprucepaw of RiverClan was not paying attention. She was instead following a black and orange winged butterfly as it fluttered through the reeds and rushes on the edge of the river. Her striped tail waved as she practiced a pounce and brought the brightly colored insect to the ground with a ferocious (for an apprentice) yowl.
She then made her way further along the bank, no thought going into the fact that her paws carried her up onto a large, flat, sun-drenched stone. As she crossed up onto Sunningrocks she spotted the grasshopper and made her way into the classic low-stalk that she had been taught and began her pursuit.

Braveheart held her by the scruff, “Sprucepaw! You need to be more careful.” He hissed calmly. Sprucepaw dipped wiggled around and fell to the ground. “You’re… You’re ThunderClan!” She yelped.
Braveheart rolled her eyes, “Don’t worry. I was saving you. You would’ve slipped and fell into the river unconscious and drowned. I won’t hurt you.” Sprucepaw, dipped her head. “Thank you, but I must get going back to my Clan. Thank you, ThunderClan cat.”
Braveheart nodded then turned back to rush to his Clan.
Question:
Write an in character post in for the following situation as the character you are applying with.
- Your character is out on a lone hunt and spots an intruder. The cat isn’t of any of the clans, and is not one that [CHARACTER] has seen before. Even the cat’s scent is foreign, thick with the off-putting scent of twolegs, with a healthy gleam to his pelt. He dosen’t appear to be either hostile or stealing prey, simply exploring.
Response:
“You there!” Braveheart meowed calmly but loudly. The unfamiliar cat turned around to see Braveheart, they both walked towards each other before stopping. “Yes?” He meowed back. Braveheart dipped his head, “I am Braveheart of ThunderClan. You are on our Territory. You aren’t taking prey or fighting any of us so I’d advise you to leave, friend.”
The Tom cat shrugged, “Are you sure? It’s excitingly open out here.”
Braveheart nodded quickly, “My other clanmates don’t take too kindly to strangers as I. So I advise you to leave. Never come back. Unless.. Do you want to join our Clan? you’d see the Forest every day. I could take you to our leader.”
The Tom shrugged once more, but then his ears went up at the idea of being with the Clan. “Yes… Sure that would be nice I guess. The name’s Blackbird.”
Braveheart dipped his head, “Good to meet you Blackbird. I will now escort you to our leader. Don’t take any notice to the scolding of other cats though…”
Braveheart is swift with words, good words though. He is cunning, so he could easily take in kittypets or rogues who have the spark to be a good Warrior. He is loyal to his last breath to ThunderClan, and he believes in the Warrior Code only. He has never once broken it. Even as an Apprentice, he stayed true to his word and Code of the Clans.
